How to use the Value proposition fit template

Start a board from it
Use this template opens a new Freero board with the Value proposition fit template on it (sign up free first). On a board you already have, open Templates in the toolbar and search for “Value proposition fit”.
Follow the instruction on the board
“Fill the customer row first, from research, not guesses. Then check every offer sticky against a customer sticky: anything unmatched is a feature looking for a reason.”
Fill in each part
- What they are trying to do The tasks and goals customers have, in their words.
- What gets in the way Frustrations, risks and wasted time today.
- What they wish for Outcomes that would delight them, even unasked.
- What we offer The product, service or features, plainly listed.
- How it removes friction Which obstacle does each part of the offer clear away?
- How it creates delight Which wished-for outcome does it make real?
Bring your team and your agents
Invite people to the board or share a link, and work on it together live. The timer is in the top bar, private mode and voting in the board menu, and Claude or ChatGPT can join through Freero’s MCP server.

Work on it with an AI agent

Connect an assistant once and it works on the board with you, with your permissions: by default it reads and proposes, and people decide.
