What it does
Create a Workflows webhook in Teams (When a Teams webhook request is received, then post to a channel) and add it in your team’s admin console in the Teams format. Each event arrives as an Adaptive Card with an Open board button.
Connect Microsoft Teams
Step 1
In Teams, create a Workflows flow that starts “When a Teams webhook request is received” and posts to a channel.
Step 2
In your team’s admin console → Webhooks, add an endpoint with its URL and the Teams format.
Webhooks are on unless the server’s operator set WEBHOOKS=false.
