What it does
A team’s owner or admin adds a webhook in the Discord format and picks the events. Each arrives as one embed: the sentence, the quoted text and a link to the item. Board text is escaped and mentions are switched off, so nothing on a board can ping @everyone.
Webhooks only ever tell a channel about boards the whole team can open: never personal boards or private projects.
Connect Discord
Step 1
In Discord, open the channel’s settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create one and copy its URL.
Step 2
In your team’s admin console → Webhooks, add an endpoint with that URL, the Discord format and the events you want.
Webhooks are on unless the server’s operator set WEBHOOKS=false.
In Freero, Apps & agents → Discord takes you straight to this step.
