Meeting notes import

Notes or a transcript from your meeting tool become a frame: decisions, action-item cards and notes.

Built in

What it does

Paste or upload a Markdown or plain-text summary (the kind Granola, Fathom, Otter or Meetily export) or drop a .vtt or .srt transcript. Freero reads its headings, bullets and check boxes, with no AI involved, and builds one frame: a summary, decisions as a cluster, action items as task cards with owner and due date, and the rest as notes. One undo removes it.

Agents can do the same over MCP (import_meeting_notes) or the REST API (structure kind meeting).

Connect Meeting notes import

  1. Step 1

Open a board, then the board menu → Import meeting notes…, or drop a .vtt or .srt file on the board.

  2. Step 2

Paste or choose the notes, and choose whether to add a speakers note for transcripts.

In Freero, Apps & agents → Meeting notes import takes you straight to this step.
