Jitsi
Every board can have its own Jitsi room, with a name nobody can guess.
Built in
What it does
When the server’s operator points Freero at a Jitsi deployment (the public meet.jit.si or your own), an editor can give a board its own Jitsi room. The room name is derived from the board with the server’s secret, so knowing one board’s room tells nobody another’s.
Connect Jitsi
Step 1
On a board, open the board menu → Call link… and choose Jitsi room.
The server’s operator sets JITSI_BASE_URL; without it, boards use meeting links only.
In Freero, Apps & agents → Jitsi takes you straight to this step.

Meeting link
A board keeps its Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link; Join call opens it.
